How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or contact support@smart-quote.com and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Eligibility

• Requests made within 30 days of the initial charge are refunded in full.
• Renewal charges may be refunded within 14 days if the workspace has not been actively used during the renewed period.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer-protection law that applies to you.
