Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use Smart Quote AI to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights (including IP, privacy, and consumer-protection law);
• send spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive content;
• generate or store content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that facilitates violence;
• probe, scan, or attempt to breach our systems or those of any third party;
• resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement;
• use the AI features to make automated decisions that legally or significantly affect a person without human review;
• exceed reasonable rate limits or attempt to bypass technical controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Serious breaches may be reported to law enforcement.
